Harbaugh's heart could literally stop on the sidelines and he would will himself to stay conscious until the end of the game.

Even if he died you could remove his head and it would continue coaching and going apes**t on referees.

EDIT: Just so you guys know I am a medical operations officer for the U.S. Army so you know this information is 100% accurate and scientific

I guess you rather have him saying that they suck?

Don't see anything wrong in coach trying to fire up his players, it worked with Alex while it lasted...

Yet another of the players Harbaugh laid out superlatives for is gone. Lockette: "There's something special about the guy." Guess not as special as Osgood, Jacobs, Hawkins or Hall. Jenkins: "All you naysayers will be eating your words." Smith: "Alex is our QB." I'm paraphrasing, but you get the idea. LOL! Either Jim's judgement can be called to qiuestion, or you can't believe a word the guy says. If I'm the next guy he's lauding up one side and down the other, I'm packing my bags the next day. Just an observation.

I like Harbaugh's style, if you need to trade someone, you try to make them look like a good product to at least have some kind of value for them. Smart man, in my view, he looks at the nfl for what it is and has become more related... a business.
Does anyone here think it is strange that Harbaugh is wearing his signature black sweatshirt with the superbowl logo on the sleeve??

It could be a reminder and motivation to not get content with how well they did last year (i.e. avoiding the Super Bowl hangover).
cut him now
FIRE HIM AND BRING BACK SINGLETARY
I honestly don't even think he knows it's there. When my uncle started losing it he did stuff like that.

Answered this in the game day thread but Harbaugh has one sweat shirt that I think he wears every game day. They stitched on the SB logo before the SB and he probably didn't bother to have someone take it off. Either just doesn't care or he is using it for motivation. With Harbaugh I'll take the first one.

This was from before last year from Maiocco: Yes, Jim Harbaugh took an old Stanford Nike shirt, cut out the "S" and had a 49ers' "SF" logo sewn in the middle of the chest.
