if I see tim kawakami he will be in the emergency room and I don't care if I get arrested either because he deserves it.

Don't get why Niner fans would be divided. Jim Harbaugh's tenure had run its course in San Fran. Do we not get that he was UNWILLING to part ways with the likes of Greg Roman ? Had we somehow managed to keep him as our HC, whats the chance he would've let Baalke / York handpick his coordinators. Whats the chance that he would be willing to change offensive philosophies ? This disaster of a season had a lot more than do with bad coaching than with bad front office mgmt. And Harbaugh's / Roman's fingerprints were all over it. Looking back, I can see why guys like Deion reported the locker room being a mess.
Jim was great, but he couldn't get us over the hump with a loaded team in 3 straight years. Good riddance.

I don't really care at this point as I firmly believe the FO was tired of his antics and, more importantly, his refusal to make changes with regard to the Offense (for whatever reason)
It would have been nice IMHO if he had fired Roman at the end of the 2013 campaign or at some point prior to mid-season 2014, but after that, it was just painful to watch the team struggling so badly. Something had to give.
