Man, college football coach (if you're even half way decent) seems like such a cush job. Your basically a god on campus, get paid a ton, don't have all the stress of the pros, and best of all, you get all those hot female assistants on the staff.

Makes me believe he checked out on us ON PURPOSE... KNOWING the UMichigan job was gonna be open & KNOWING he would get to go to 1 last playoff game in the NFL (albeit without US)!! Talking with UMichigan officials WHILE BEING the HC of an NFL franchise that still had a chance to sneak into the playoffs late in the season... There ought to be some sort of rule against this!! Urban Meyer LOVES to run up the scoreboard!! Now Harblah wants to try & make himself look good with some BS story about him having his leg propped up on Shembechler's desk & him dreaming of coaching UM football every since he was a kid, LOL... YEEEEAAAH RIIIIIGHT... WHO THE F**K BELIEVES THAT BS AZZ STORY??

He had to come up with that BS story to avoid being publicly scrutinized & accused of CHECKING OUT ON THE NINERS; just like he tryna avoid taking the blame for his mindless LOYALTY TO GROMAN BEING HIS DOWNFALL IN SAN FRAN, by hiring T.Drevno to be his OC at Michigan instead of GRo!!

I for one am GLAD we got rid of this SERIAL SORE LOSER who hasnt won anything of ANY SIGNIFICANCE as a player & as a coach!! 3 NFCCG & a SB... AND HE's STILL... RINGLESS AFTER 3 STRAIGHT TRIES!! How many chances did this fool want? How many teams across the NFL get 3 STRAIGHT TRIES to get a SB RING?? Dam, even baseball gives ya azz 3 strikes before you're out, & HARBLAH STRUCK OUT!! BTW... for those folk who was claiming that dam near half the league was gonna be lined up to sign Harblah if & when we got rid of him...

Uhhh, he wouldn't have to lose on purpose to get Michigan job, he could have resigned if he wanted to. And all indications are that he wanted to remain as coach but it was York who felt otherwise. And how is Harbaugh Carroll's 'BEIOTCH' ?? They both swept each other once and they split in the other 2 years. That somehow makes him his b***h? Not to mention Harbaugh got the best of him in the Pac-10 with FAAAAR less talent.

So if it's pathetic to go 3 straight years without winning a Super Bowl, doesn't that make all coaches outside Tom Coughlin, John Harbaugh, and Pete Carroll pathetic? How pathetic must Bill Belichick be for going 10 straight years without winning a Super Bowl? Also that Schembechler desk story isn't new. That's been well-known for years.

Also Roman didn't want to go to Michigan because he wants to stay in the NFL, but good job just jumping to erroneous conclusions. And this short shelf-life narrative that's always talked about is beyond stupid. You're really gonna blame a coach for leaving Division II University of San Diego for Division 1 and Pac-10 Stanford? And you're really gonna blame him for leaving a college gig for a pro gig after that? Yeah I'm sure he's the only coach in the world who would do that, you're right.
