#USC offensive line coach Tim Drevno will be joining Jim Harbaugh's staff at Michigan as offensive coordinator. Big loss for Trojans.

Maybe harbaugh wanted to get rid of roman and bring in drevno but balork weren't having a bar of it and like roman too much

Wouldn't that be something. Maybe Baalke really likes Roman.

Well if he said it, it must be true.

Of all the awful "insiders" that tool is the worst, Do't understand how he still has a job when he is wrong the majority of the time.

As much as I agree that he'll turn Michigan around, I just don't see him outcoaching or outrecruiting Urban Meyer, especially with the head start Meyer has.

i'm not sure how anyone can dispute this. he has all the tell tale signs of a 4-5 year coach. i remember saying this a year or two ago and was told he only left jobs because he got promotions to the next level. now he has gone backwards to college after his usual 4-5 stint at a gig.
gonna miss Jim for sure...

I do not agree with this. Harbaugh has every bit the awe factor of Meyer, maybe even more so with all the press right now. Although Meyer will be gunning for another national championship. My crystal ball sees lots of blue chip lineman and tailbacks wanting to go to Michigan. Stock up the defensive side of the ball and you will have the NCAA version of the 49ers on display every Saturday.

Michigan's Jim Harbaugh is on Twitter. Official handle is @CoachJim4UM. Told he will start tweeting soon.

To be honest, I think offensively Urban Meyer will coach circles around Harbaugh. Doubt Harbaugh beats him once in the next five years. But in 2-4 years he will get Michigan back into a top 10 team and have them surpass Michigan St.

OSU > Michigan in every aspect. They're just going to be Harbaugh's Oregon. If he can get UM to a 11-2, 10-3 team every year he'd be doing a Helluva job there.

Urban Meyer is the real deal. I am so impressed with him, he knows how to coach, he is innovative and he knows how to prepare a team. I can't see him being out-coached by Harbaugh. Just can't see it. I can definitely see Ohio State beating Oregon next week.
