The truth is you will always will feel more pumped and motivated when you feel appreciated and wanted. Jed York never appreciated him.

So basically its the same as the day when he was hired as the Niners HC. Now the question is how long will he stay as Michigan HC before deciding to leave. Guys like him always want a challenge and remain competitive. I would not be surprised down the road if/when he starts to feel the need to prove himself in the NFL again.

This. Unless you've been living under a rock, anybody who follows the 49ers AT ALL can immediately see the offensive problems. Roman was where he was because of Jim. He hired Greg. The new coach the 49ers hire is going to want his own guys. I just hope that doesn't mean Fangio gets the boot.

Also, if Fangio ends up getting the HC spot, I hope he doesn't stick with Roman at OC.

Maybe harbaugh wanted to get rid of roman and bring in drevno but balork weren't having a bar of it and like roman too much

Not sure if true, but someone tweeted out that harbaugh opted to pass more this season while roman wanted to run.

From my understand the entire coaching staff is intact. Wonder if they keep it together and just promote from within

Just heard LaCanfora from CBS discussing the Harbaugh departure. Feeling he gets is that Harbaugh goes back to the NFL in 4-5 yrs. "He's not wired to stay in a place long-term."

Nah.. Though would not shock me if York hires roman as head coach given his ineptitude
