I disagree, they know any more distractions will result in lost preseason games, so their backs are against the wall. I know its hard to put stock into this round of negotiations, but I think it's happening Monday. And FA beginning Saturday; what's interesting is the sign-your-own-FA-time might be cut, so it'll be a giant free-for-all in a week.

Probably not. Right now it looks like training camp will open on Friday, not Thursday as originally planned.

in a nutshell:

players can go to facilities on wednesday however TC will only open on saturday (as well as FA)

de smith recommends proposal
players still need to vote however it said as "a formality"

and football is back
