So we've all been hearing about this whole CBA problem that the NFL has and how much it could negatively affect next season. I don't know too much about it. What is the issue and what would happen if it isn't resolved? For example, what type of things would the Niners, and other teams around the league, not be able to do?

Call me crazy, but could coaches like Jim Harbaugh actually have some sort of advantage with the NFL's new practice restrictions? He's used to restrictions from the NCAA anyway.

That has nothing to do with anything. Everyone will have those restrictions, so no has more of an advantage to another.

From what I'm hearing, the owners will allow players to report Wednesday and free agency starts once players union recertifies. Players vote monday but the cba won't be done until recertification is complete next week.
