"Receiver Michael Crabtree had another quiet game, catching three passes for 37 yards. Asked if he was surprised the 49ers did not turn to a spread attack earlier in the game, Crabtree shrugged. "I play receiver," he said. "I wish I could call the plays, but that's not my job."

Lots of players are finally voicing their thoughts.
While I have issues with Crabtree so far, I have to say that I am glad he said this.

If it comes from Gore or Davis, I think we may see some changes made.

Jimmy Raye has lost the offense. Well, that and his imagination.

You can't lose something that never existed in the first place

LOL

Oh wow. If he is talking, you know the other players are too. Raye NEEDS to go.

and if he doenst within the next week, sing needs to go with him, its fuking enough already, how much more of this s**t are we suppose to deal with

I dont know, but it is frustrating to watch all kinds of other teams rebuild in a year or two and be contenders while the Niners have been rebuilding since 2002. We are officially the new Cardinals/Bucs/Browns/Lions (pick one)

Alex has to speak up, he's one of the leaders.

Alex Smith's LACK of leadership is one of his worst traits.

he looked pissed, i hope he will
This team is in disarraye.
Wake up Jimmy..wake up. He doesn't want to work the sidelines because he won't be able to pull off his nap taking as he does in the booth.

That's what I'm saying, he has to speak up. Show some balls!

I hear you, but I just don't see that happening. It would be like Singletary taking the blame for ANYTHING. Interesting that Coach/Reverend Super-Churchy never takes a bullet for ANYONE on the team.

This is where we really need Eddie D.

Reporter: Will you make a change at Offensive Coordinator?

Sing: Look at all opt..

Eddie D grabs the mic away from Sing: "HE'S GONE!!!"

A real fan would support the team not question the coaching staff.

Crabtree is a fairweather player.
