It won't happen. The Niners would be too afraid that Owens would intimidate Smith and cause him to regress as a qb (not that the fall would be a long one). I think it's a bad sign when even the Bengals and Raiders don't want him.
We don't have the offense or the qb to take advantage of adding Owens to the mix anyway.
