Exactly, Kurt has been suffering same the sort of symptoms Bret Hart did after getting kicked in the head by Goldberg (in which Bret suffered a pin stroke from the concussion).
Speaking as a human being (and not just a niner fan) Warner needs to start thinking about his family (I even recall during the SB XLIII pre-show that Warner pretty much said he'd throw in the towel when his future health would be in jeopardy), and 5 concussions is usually the curtain call for a QB.
