How about we give Carolina their First round pick back for next year for Peppers. Or give Oakland a First and 3rd for Nandi.

Peppers is a free agent after the season. We would in effect be throwing away a 1st round pick if refuses to sign with us in 2010. Not now, in the off season for him.

if you honestly think that quinn > smith ur crazy not only is better he has more upside
I don't feel he is better I just feel it's time to cut ties with him and let him try to do something with his career. Quinn could use a change, plus he's a big dude so he can take the abuse that our QB's get every week.
My Kerry Blue Terrier is better at handling footballs than Alex Smith...Quinn has looked good at times and the Browns are in turmoil...with Jones and Crabs, we have a better receiving group, so let's get him...

Good for us, but I don't think the other teams would be that foolish.

Isn't Peppers oldish and playing badly??? 1st rounders are for superstars. We could probably get Peppers for a 3rd or 4th. Is he really an upgrade though?
