Saints agreed to terms with rookie CB Malcolm Jenkins, the No. 14 overall pick, on a five-year, $19 million contract.
Only Andre Smith (Bengals, No. 6), Eugene Monroe (Jaguars, No. 8), B.J. Raji (Packers, No. 9), Michael Crabtree (49ers, No. 10), and Aaron Maybin (Bills, No. 11) are left unsigned in the draft's first round. The Saints plan to keep Jenkins at corner initially, but he won't play much there behind Jabari Greer, Tracy Porter, and Randall Gay. He could land at free safety eventually.
