The Highest Carolina's Pick could be is 8th or so.
With 5 games to go, its unlikely that Carolina will be picking higher than 8th, and nearly impossible to be picking higher than 5th. A look at who's at the top of the draft:
1 win
TB
STL
CLE
2 wins
DET
3 wins
WAS
OAK
KC
4 wins
SEA
CHI
CAR
BUF
Based on those standings, there's no way TB, STL, CLE, or DET has a better record than CAR. WAS has the toughest remaining schedule in the NFL, while OAK and KC could win 2 of their remaining 5 each.
Seattle, barring a win over us or another quality team, will either beat Tampa or lose out.
Chicago will probably finish at 6-10 or better with games remaining at STL and DET.
Buffalo could pick up 1 - 2 wins over KC and the Jets.
Carolina could pick up 1 - 3 wins over TB, the Giants, and a resting New Orleans team.
I predict picks 5 - 11 to be as follows:

I actually went through each of the teams in question schedules...
The top four will be
Browns
Rams
Bucs
Lions
It is the next six-seven spots in question. After looking at the schedules, this is what I see...

Hey guys based on your predictions if the panther's pick goes between 5-11 pick in the draft. Do we still have a chance on drafting berry? I have a feeling he would go between 1-5th pick in the draft.
