I am not disappointed at all cause my expectations weren't high for this draft. You never know what will happen, maybe they will be great players. But honestly, not sure we win an SB for a while..we had our chances under Shanny, not sure if we will get one with him. Looking like maybe not.
Looking at De'Zhaun Stribling numbers in the playoffs he actually did pretty good in 3 games:

278 yards, 17 receptions, 1 TD, 16.35 yards per catch isn't bad to say the least.

Kaelon Black also did alright in 3 playoffs games:

241 yards on only 44 carries, 5.5 yards per carry, 3 TDs.

Another draft without any impact players. Incredible. Shanahan just can't help himself. Back to back to back disasters at finding a WR. Another trash RB they don't need and on top of it all… filled zero needs. Congrats!
OMG, OMG, OMG! We... we... reached!

Is there a greater sin than this? We Failed To Find Value in our draft. Do you think the point of the draft is to get young players? Simpletons! The point of the draft is to get more "steals" than "reaches". That's the scoreboard that counts.

Our scouts dared to have a different opinion than the Big Board constructed lovingly by a bunch of nerds who create controversy for a living. Blasphemy according to the Gospel of St Kiper! And don't forget all the prophets and soothsayers who know, just know, that the players we selected would have been available 10, 50, even 100 picks after. After all, the Gods whispered that to them through the cracks of some rocks upon a windy mountaintop.

I'm crushed. That's it, I'll never support this team ever again. That's it. I'm off...

Eh i think you are overreacting

Stribling is really good i was super high on. I said somewhere i wouldnt be surprised if he went round 2 and a lot of draft experts were too and Height was one of the best pure pass rushers in the draft. I have no comment on the RB pick i know nothing of him

I like the players just hate the picks. Ill keep harping on it.. if they think Stribling is gonna be an allstar then get that 5th year that is so valuable these days. Maybe the 5th rounder to trade out of the 1st is another Kittle, but if Stribling pops like they hope then one more year on a rookie deal before talks is more valuable outside of hitting a lottery ticket a hidden gem in the 5th.

I'm so over this draft! On paper, I can't believe how bad this draft has been. We drafted another WR and RB who probably won't see the field. And then, we got a pass rusher who transferred 3 or 4 times. When he gets to Texas tech, there were 2 guys around already good. When u have that, his play automatically gets better. Why couldn't he do that with previous teams? I don't get it.

if day 3 is this bad, I'm afraid none of the players will be on the team by Year 3

Does seattle reach the way we do with the same synthetic big board?

I started liking Stribling by end of regular season and followed him closely in the following games. Dude was open waaay more than he was targeted. I think he's going to fit in perfectly here. I liked him for us more than some of the other heralded WRs.

I think we have a decent shot at a super bowl so long as we keep Purdy alive and well, and draft half decently on defense. Kyle's always going to have a good offense because Kyle is Kyle. Where we've lost Superbowl's under Kyle's tenure is on defense. We had leads late in both super bowls and the defense both times collapsed.

Idon't think we're any less likely to win the superbowl than we were last year. But i also dont think we were true favorites last year either.

Definitely in the mix as a superbowl caliber team. But that window, while not closed this year, is closing the further removed we are from our last drafts that actually resulted in star caliber players.

I appreciate the sarcasm...until you realize

De'zhaun Stribling: 23.5yo, 5th year senior
Romello Height: 25yo, 6th year senior
Kaedon Black: 24.5yo, senior

I didn't know much about him all season. He really stood out to me in the CFP. Played big in big games.

You can take it to the bank that the the 49ers will:
-reach and get poor value for their draft picks
-draft players who ostensibly have no spot or role on the roster
-not draft a center
-draft a RB
-make their best pick at the start of day 3

So far, so good.
