1. They will trade down at least once and possibly multiple times to acquire more picks to recoup picks lost from previous trades. 2. Kendal Daniels - LB Oklahoma looks very good to me and fits well with LB/Safety hybrid types the 49ers like to draft and develop. He had a top 30 visit. He is 6'5 and read & reacts well. 3. Eli Heidenreich - RB/WR/RS Navy fits well in Kyle's offense. Super quick 3-Cone (6.55) time bodes well for him. Looks like future CMC protege. Would be a great pick in the 4th round. 4. Look for the 49ers to draft a Center, Punter, and or a Tight End somewhere in this draft. A Return Specialist will also be looked at closely. Oscar Delp TE Georgia tape looks very good. Good blocker and underrated receiver. 5. 49ers have been doing lots of research on Alex Harkey OL Oregon. 3 known visits. Lots of teams like him for his versatility. 6. 49ers will draft and Edge player early in the first three rounds. My preferred choices - Dani Dennis-Sutton Penn St., Joshua Josephs Tennessee, Jaishawn Barham Michigan, or Romello Height Texas Tech. Maybe one even later too. You can't have enough pass rushers. 7. One of the players the 49ers will select or sign as a UDFA will have played at Georgia last season. 8. Don't forget about Antonio Williams WR Clemson as a choice in Round 2. Everyone talks about Omar Cooper Jr. as a great fit for the 49ers. But, I think they like Williams too. He is an excellent Receiver and Punt Returner and they need one after losing Skyy Moore to Free Agency. Go 49ers!

We actually could have got in on that Jonathan Greenard trade, two 3rds (26' & 27') plus a $100 million ($50 million guaranteed) contract.

Would have given up the RB we just drafted and next years 3rd, we have the cap space to make that deal work.

Pass rush problem solved...

I don't see any of the first three pics contributing this year. It's just so disappointing. I honestly would've been happy if the first two pics were guards. Can we please draft an offensive linemen one of these years. Such a questionable use of draft picks.

What? The Seahawks used a 1st round pick on a player who literally started 0 games in college. The rams used the #13 pick on a 2nd - 3rd round pick (consensus 75th rated player).

You may think the overall drafts were better, and maybe they will be or maybe they won't, but none of the other teams in this nfcw are putting on "a master class" in drafting

4th - S Zeke Wheatley or Jalon Kilgore

4th - OL Brian Parker or Jalen Farmer or Kage Casey

4th - LB/Edge Harold Perkins

4th - Trade back get a late 5th and 6th

5th - OT Isaiah World ( let him rehab and get right until Trent is done )

5th - DT Deontay Corleone

6th - CB Hezekiah Masses

This would make up for the unexpected picks earlier in the draft I think.

I hope ShanaLynch finishes off the draft with a message to the fans. We draft a TE that excels at only blocking and we draft an Elijah Mitchell type running back. The tears would be glorious.
