Caleb Downs is the obvious #1 S but we have no chance. The next guy I like potentially in Day 3 or beyond is Bud Clark. 15 career INTs including a pick six this year.

Im all in on Emmanuel mcneil-warren at FS.
I also like Michael Taaffe, AJ Haulcy and Tao Johnson.
I wasn't sure on Bud Clark the 1st go round

If he made it to our pick, EMW would be a fine selection. Love the smooth transition out of the backpedal. All American, but I worry that he won't make it to 27 either.

I want them to draft a Safety high like 2nd round. What Safeties are worthy of a late 2nd round pick? If they still have one.

I think he'll be there. In fact, I think he'll be there in the early 2nd. Historically, we don't see a ton of safeties drafted on day 1. 1-2 is the average. 2024 draft class - 0 safeties in the 1st round.

I like Ramsey out of USC if he's there in the 2nd.

We need to get a badass safety. Someone that can freakin cover and has speed. Our safeties were such a liability this year.
I wouldn't even be mad if we took one in the first round, I just want it to be a great player.

Definitely want a playmaker at safety for sure. We should be in a good spot for 1 to fall to us

This draft has 1 RB and 1 safety, and then everyone else .

I'd say there is one elite safety, but 3 potential high caliber starting safeties.

Defensive backs in general is a prettt great class. The obvious names at safety are all really good..
Caleb Downs
Zakee Wheatly
Dillon Thieneman
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren
Genesis Smith

I'm really liking that Oregon DB Dillion Thienenman. Looks like a Cooper DeJean. Only not sure Thienenman can play CB.

Some damn good options. I'd add Ramsey and Bud to this list too. Really hope we can add one of them; I really like this class

With Kyle Hamilton and now Nick Emanworri…that may change.
