Not a great time - with his horrendous combine interviews wonder if he is a big faller in the 1st round ...

I dont think that is going to hurt him. His comp is always ARSB and he ran a 4.51. Sometimes I see JSN who ran 4.48. I think this was in his expected range.

Were those guys clocked at their pro days?

I don't think it matters much, but since this appears to be a hand-timed 40, the general rule of thumb is to add a tenth of a second to the time.

edit - Checked and neither of those guys ran at the combine. I guess nobody wants to run a laser-timed 40 anymore. I think GPS data is the premier metric for modern football, anyways.

Shows you how much they actually value the player 40 time, seems like something they are selling to fans during the combine more than a truly valued attribute.

40s should be run from a position specific stance, and the runner starts when the timer starts, not the other way around.

Test acceleration, sustained speed, stance-specific get off, and reaction time. Not how much time you spend practicing getting off the blocks.
Not sure i agree with all of this KC Concepcion, Brazell and Boston i think are at least 2nd round talents i would put Antonio Williams also in 2nd/3rd round talent. Stribling, Fields, and Branch are also a bit low.

Id prob put the entire 3rd round pool into the 2nd round, with Bernard. Hurst, Antonio Williams into 3rd. Jakobi lane, on the 3-4 border. Sarrat the 2-3 border. Stribling 3-4 border. Sturdivant 5th.

Do you have their rankings from any of the previous years?

it seems like this guy popped up last year he uses some model using analytics as his approach

It seems he was super high on Embuka even said he was worth a top 10 pick

Since he only came in last year there is no real evidence for this but this is his ranking based on previous years

So he basically claimed to catch guiys like Puka but he also has a few misses on that list as well.

Kendrick Law going in the 3rd/4th round .... this chart is not accurate ... Antonio Williams 5th rounder?
