I feel like Law and Skyler Bell would solve a lot of issues with the receiving group and they wouldn't need to use an early draft pick on them. Skyler Bell is probably a late 2nd to late 3rd and Law is likely a mid 4th to late 5th.
Eric McCalister intrigues me on day 3. TCU didn't ask him to do too much route wise but I'd like his ability and size with nfl coaching.

Has to answer some questions about quitting on his team at Boise State first. But hes a good height/weight/speed guy who has some big play ability.

Also read he's been arrested for threatening someone with a gun. 2 huge red flags. No thanks!!!

Sign Mike Evans, draft Chris Brazzell, call them the twin towers. Get Thompson or Cyrus Allen later, and Logan Jones for the IOL, and torch defenses relentlessly.

Watching more Brazzell….I want.

not sure why more people aren't talking about him?

Truly, a lot of it is helmet scouting, as a lot of what Tenn WRs do doesnt translate to the NFL. Im guilty as well, but i do worry about a high waisted 6'5" reicever who is only a listed 200 lbs and shows some struggles playing through contact coming from a spread tempo system with a lot of schemed open vertical shots.

His ability to sink his hips at his height tho is impressive. Dig merchant.

Yikes...I really gotta check more on the off the field stuff with these guys. Definitely off the 49ers board.

I see a lot of Martavis Bryant comps for obvious reasons, he does seem more fluid. Not sure if he will totally be a Shanny type of WR. Some decent WRs in this draft, not a bunch of high end WR1s but guys who will be good contributors.
Seems like they believe Cowing will be a big contributor next year. (I actually have the same hope) so there is our speedster deep threat. Then Ricky is 1a imo. Assuming (I know that's a BIG if with this team) they stay healthy, that's basically our two starters. So now for WR3 its Watkins? Maybe JJ is back? Unless some obvious WR falls to 27 I am wondering if they wait on a later pick for a more developmental athlete at wr.

It's a weird profile for the 49ers. We need a deep threat that can create some space underneath for the intermediate game we excel in, but we dont throw deep often and its not the strength of the the QB. So to spend high capital on it is difficult. I'm not out on Watkins yet, and if we are, might look to FA for this archetype.

I feel like Kyle might be a big fan of Kendrick Law. So much Deebo to his game.

Bumping. More and more to me Law just screams Shanahan WR.

I am already guessing he will be long gone by our pick.
