He's a jr this year, so not sure if he'll come out, but he reminds me of Kittle. 6-3 245 but moves like a WR. Runs a 4.5, good receiving skill.

Yes, a mix of Kittle and Juice. I like his fit in a Shanny offense alot.

Helluva pick that would allow us to run a nasty two TE offense. Kittle still is in peak performance, but it's insurance for injury and won't have a significant cap hit until Kittle' deal is about up and he'd probably be looking to retire. I don't think we'll be in position to get him though. We'd need to be in the teens to even have a shot. But I definitelly would love a player in this mold. Kittle, the next Kittle (lol), Tonges, and Farrell would give us an elite TE room. We will need one if our run blocking doesn't improve.

This TD catch vs Rutgers was very impressive. This isn't the best angle for it, but he stretched out and caught it with is fingertips and reeled it in. His athletic ability and ball skills evident.

I really wanted the niners to draft Tez Johnson and Bucky Irving, because I saw how good they were as an Oregon fan.
Hopefully they listen to me this time.

damn, I haven't had time to check out Sadiq's tape, but he is physically built like Vernon Davis in his upper body. Bro has that that compact, insanely peeled upper body. Lower body is Saquan-esque.

Don't need a damn TE in the 1st round. Much rather spend money on a veteran like Isaiah Likely then draft one in the later rounds. I want Caleb Banks in the 1st or McNeil-Warren.

That's fair. I agree; I don't want to use the first on him either.

This isn't a defense of Kenyon Sadiq because I haven't gotten a chance to watch him, but the 49ers should be open to any and all positions 22 starting positions if that players is clearly BPA. Their goal should always be to draft impact players, period. It doesn't matter if they're a tight end, safety, center, etc. They badly need to start hitting some damn home runs in the draft, and bring in the cornerstones of the future.
no more role/complimentary/fringe players. The roster is chockfull of those…They need to find the next generation of young stars.

He looks like he could be an excellent player. TE is not our biggest need. We need LG, C, DE, S, LB, WR. He can be really good. Kittle is injured and getting older but should recover and buy a little more time. I would be so mad if they picked a TE in the 1st. With all the needs this team has. We are really in a rebuild so anything is good. But not our biggest need by far.
