A trade down to #20-#25 where we still prob get Nolen should net us all of those three additional picks.

Nice. But wouldn't Sanders and Nolen be redundant ? Thinking they need more of a plugger who can take up space and stop the run?

Thought was on 3rd and longs and obv passing downs you unleash BOTH on the QB along with Bosa and Swinson at EDGE. Can even draft a guy like saivion Jones Swinson's teammate and move him inside on passing downs and go

Boas .... Nolen .... Sanders ..... Jones.... Swinson

Yes, well said, we'll be lucky to hit on 3 starters, people think we'll get 10!

I'm also very conscious of how many true 1st round grades there are in the class. I counted mine and think I got to 15. But I've not heard someone with more than 18. So trading below that isn't ideal for me. We have loads of picks this year. Even more next year. We just need to hit.

I don't understand the hype on sanders (QB). I know we aren't taking a qb, thank god cause this draft class is awful, but I just think he's a crap prospect. I've watched a decent amount of Colorado games because they've been on where I've been - I just don't see it. The guy isn't talentless but I think he plays very selfish. He does what's best for his own stats and not what's best for the team.

it's like a basketball player who tries to get a triple-double every game, it looks good but that means you're usually trying to make plays that aren't best for the team but just your stat sheet. I'd love if an NFCW team took him but if the Browns take him… LOL. I personally don't even think sanders should be considered a first round prospect but is what it is. What the hell do I know. lol I just don't see it. I wouldn't even consider taking him unless it was late in the draft.

i don't think any of the qbs are great prospects. Some decent developmental ones but nothing to salivate over. IMO.

I hope we take a stud trench player.. I'm coming to terms with a stud corner but I'd love to get an all pro d lineman. We need it badly

Yeah we have a ton of picks. Trading back isn't a horrible idea but I'd rather us take a blue chip at 11. Live with the results.

If you see a player the team loves (not a RB), we can just trade UP for them. Trust your talent evaluations and live with the result

if we can't find 3-4 good players out of 10 picks, that's a shame.

Is what it is and I hope he does well. Only time I've been thrown off by who the niners took, and I mean just blew away, was the lance pick.

regardless of who the niners pick, I'll remain optimistic and hope for the best. I didn't turn on Lance until after following him and watching him some.

I just don't want any projects. We need immediate impact players. Even if it's just good rotation play. I hope we find some gems like Puni again.

These are their best options at 11 (in no particular order):

Graham
Grant
Harmon
Nolen
Green
Mykel

I probably would go Mike Green if Graham is not there and depending on his off the field stuff because I think the interior dline class is loaded with day two picks.
I would be down for a trade down but when the team trades up or down the pick usually sucks (Thomas, Foster, Joe Williams, Kinlaw, and Trey Lance just to name a few). Don't overthink it and just take your favorite player.
I'm not taking Pierce or Stewart - too much risk.
I like Jalon Walker but not sure he can hold up against the run and his LB tape is subpar.
I'm not taking any of these corners.
I'm not taking a guard (Campbell is projected as a guard) because if they hit then a team is just going to Aaron Banks them. I'm not spending high draft pick on this position.
I'm not taking a WR in the round 1-3 picks unless we trade Aiyuk

PFF keeps giving us Tetairoa McMillan at #11. Silky smooth and explosive Matthew Golden should also be available at #11. We should consider both regardless if we trade a broken-down Aiyuk.

I'd be happy with they went up or down in the draft. I want BPA+Need and I think that's best if they went D-line with a trade up for Mason Graham. I also think if they stayed put, Will Campbell could fall into their laps due to his arm length. I'd also love to trade down to the 20's and maybe pick up an extra 2nd round pick and draft both Derrick Harmon and Azareye'h Thomas. So many options, I think it would be pretty hard to mess up in this draft.
