2025 Draft Class: IDL

We gotta get Peebles. Something tells me he's going to remind Robert Saleh of one of his favorite players of all-time: Ronnie Blair.

One thing I always look for when I'm evaluating DL is do they have a go-to move they can build a complete rush plan off, and Peebles has that in the bag with his spin move(in addition to other moves in the toolkit). The spin move is typically used as a counter, but when I watch Peebles, he almost uses it as a primary move. The power step to threaten vertically gets the OL to shoot their hands, and then they're primed for the ice pick in the back. He's damn explosive with great body control and balance. IMO Peebles is the most technically savvy pass rushing IDL in the draft.

Hell ya! Got him in my first mock. Crazy motor and great leverage. I feel like he's gonna go higher than all the big boards are saying.

No one talking about Josh Farmer at DT 3-Tech. I think he is sorely underrated and can be a run stopper with pass rush ability. Any thoughts from the knowledgeable posters here? Watched a few of his highlight videos and he popped to me.

K Williams, Farmer, and CJ West in the 3rd is my dream scenario.

Prob my next draft crush to Kyle Williams and Brashard Smith.

I thought Farmer was one of the better DTs at Senior Bowl week. I said the same thing then in that thread and how he was being overlooked.

As a FSU guy, what I saw was a guy with some great measurables and good upside. I feel like he wasn't super consistent. Not super explosive/twitchy and seems better suited as a 2-gap guy that can eat up space and proved a little pass rush.

im not overly excited about him, guess it depends on when he goes.

Farmer is a sleeper favorite of Greg Cosell. I've heard him mention him a couple of times. Im a GA tech guy but I'm also an ACC guy. The more prospects that get drafted out of the ACC the happier I'll be. I haven't watched a lot of Farmer overall but that's my understanding on him too. Strong measurables that project to upside.

I want him at 100 or 113

Meh. I'll take Pebbles over him for our scheme around that pick

Would you people be mad if they took Derrick Harmon in the 1st and Tyleik Williams or Walter Nolen in the second??? Honestly I would not be mad if they tried to solidify the position that way.

Wouldn't be mad at all. Williams is more your NT guy imo. Nolen and Harmon would f**k some s**t up in the inside.

This I'd be thrilled.

Would not be mad. And obviously there is no way to know how the board is going to shake and who is going to be there and if there are even trade back possibilities, but its just feels like your throwing away value if you execute that plan from 11.

Yup! Or even Harmon and TJ Sanders who plays like Nolen.

Then grab an edge in round 3 and we are set

I like Nolen, Harmon in the 1st... but if we can wait later, this is still my guy. Nice combo of agility, power, quickness. Motoris always hot and The hands!

Dane Brugler's top 10 (Overall Rank
1 Mason Graham (4)
2 Derrick Harmon (16)
3 Kenneth Grant (25)
4 Walter Nolan (31)
5 Tyliek Williams (40)
6 Shemar Turner (56)
7 Darius Alexander (61)
8 Alfred Collins (68)
9 TJ Sanders (70)
10 Joshua Farmer (76)

I do believe that medicals are a consideration for Dane when doing his rankings.
