Nick Martin-LB-Oklahoma State

Declared for the draft. I love the intensity and energy that he plays with, super athletic, high motor backer that flies around the field, outstanding sideline to sideline speed, plays with good instincts, always moving towards the ball. He had an absolutely monster sophomore season, has dealt with some injuries this year but the upside is tremendous.

1st rounder?

Late 2nd to late 3rd round. He's undersized, he may not fit in every system but he plays like his hair is on fire and would fit well with the 49ers defense.
LFG!
Looks good, but it seems they could have traded back a little bit and still picked him?
Great pick. Looks great on his game tape. Excellent open field tackler. Bit undersized but so was Dre Greenlaw. Fits well with what the the team looks for in LBs in today's NFL.
I really like Martin but I thought he would go a few rounds later. Still optimistic.

People are love him once he's on the field!!!
Can rush, cover and tackle. Sideline to sideline Baller! He's a bit smaller than Jalon Walker but can probably get to the QB for extra pressure if needed.

7 career sacks thats more than Shemar Stewart.
Martin may be smallish at 6 ft 221, but this dude's got some dawg in him. He's got good speed and strength. Could be Greenlaw's replacement. Saleh could use him in a variety of ways. Plays with fury, much like Dre did. Like this pick.

yes, more than Greenlaw's skills we will miss his attitude the most on the field. Didn't mind the 15 yard personal fouls as long as they came at the right time

Respect.

Wait a min, are you John Lynch?

But can he stone wall a Seahawks TE on the 1 yard line to seal the W?
