Problem is nobody at 11 really excites me…MG or Carter are the only guys that really stand out.

Tbh, it's why I wouldn't TOTALLY mind if we traded the pick for Myles Garrett. Yes, we do need to get younger, Lynch was right about that yesterday. But if the #11 pick has a small chance of actually succeeding (especially given our 1st round track record) then what's the point? May as well trade it for someone proven instead of someone who has an 80% chance of being another Solomon Thomas or Kinlaw.

I'm good with Mason Graham but even he has a 50/50 chance of busting. Beyond him, may as well trade the pick and just spam OL/DL the rest of the draft.

i was feeling the same after the 49ers season ended on those same guys, but now with no postseason, i've been able to look a little deeper and it feels like there are a lot of options of BPA options at 11
32" arms

Hell yes a lot of options!! But for me its:

1. Mason Graham
2. Will Johnson
3. Malaki Starks
4. James Pearce
5. Trade Down
Yay for short arms!
1. Mason Graham
2. Armand Membou
3. Shemar Stewart
4. Trade down

Not just short arms but sub 300 pounds. I did notice on tape that he had some bad weight on his body. Maybe he just wanted to lean down for teams, or possibly could have wanted to test better but decided not to test at the combine.

or maybe colleges lie out of their ass and dude was never 320. Overall, I think today is good if youre a Niner+Graham fan.

Dammit.

I thought he had that disruption and speed at 320 pounds.

Looks like he hasn't bewn weight training. He didn't look very big in the shoulders when they were inteviewing him. Maybe he wanted to shed weight to run a better 40 time. His highlight reel looks great but at 296 he's not the monster we're looking for in the middle. Lot's of big bodies in this draft.

They need more than just one DT. Ideally they pick up at least two that can play significant snaps as rookies.

Also Graham has never been a jacked up physique type. He's a long time wrestler that wins with leverage and technique.
