Most mocks have the NYG taking Carter at #3.

i know he's productive and maybe the next Parsons BUT

The Giants already have 2 good edges, one is top paid.

Carter was/injured and might need surgery, or rest before the season with a stress fracture in his right foot.

I hear rumors that they want to trade out of 3 and I'm hoping that we don't bite and give up a slew of picks. If he falls cool, but don't want to overpay.

Depends who is on the board, but very likely yes.

Still prefer to go up for Graham, but happy to go back. #58 is likely to be a good player and an extra 2nd next year would be very nice.

I'd be absolutely shocked if Zabel gets past the Seahawks and Vikings. #25 is very likely too far down for him.

This is the problem with our scheme being so popular, back in the day we'd have been the only team who wanted him.

Zabel has flown up draftboards the last few days. I rarely saw him even going in the late first and now he's going top 15 (11 in several) in almost all of them.

I rarely saw him get past the Seahawks, they've just got Kubiak he'd be perfect for them as he would be for us.
