To be honest I rather get Kingsley than Rosengarten. Much more potential to develop into our future LT

Nah, I've actually warmed up to him. I just haven't posted about it. I'm impressed with his more recent reps.

Uh oh, possible 1st round picks who visit seem like they have a very good shot at being drafted by the 9ers. I would not be mad at all if Suamataia was the pick at #31. I'm hoping for Barton or Mims though.

BUT what about Kingsley (LT) AND Rosengarten (RT)?

I'd love that but don't think he's going to make it to our 2nd pick

We literally have the same thoughts with this draft. That double dip is a dream scenario imo, but what are the odds.

We can still double dip with the 2nd OT drafted much later. We can get Kingsley (or Rosengarten) first and start at RT. The 2nd one can sit until Trent Williams is either needs a breather or got banged up. Kingsley move to LT and the other pick can slide to RT (Colton Mckivitz is there too as your swing tackle).Trent retires and you have Kingsley asyour full time LT and the other OT your RT. I like Christian Jones in the 4th /5th round pick. Get a Center that can play RG for a year in round 2. We got options to replenish this unit.

Agreed, but getting two starting caliber tackles in one draft in rd1 and 2 is a win imo given our circumstances. Even if Roger were to mostly backup a year or two doesn't bother me.
So Joe wasn't just coaching up Rosengarten
