As much as I'd love to have Watson to pair up with Lance, I believe he's out of reach now and the Niners don't need to trade up for a WR4. Imo, WR3 is J.Jennings job to lose, he earned it and he won't just lay down and give it up to a rook.

Okay where you like meet for scrap? 🤙🏾

It's going to take a really good Jimmy trade to put him in our reach. He's probably going in the late 1st or early 2nd. The only thing giving anyone hope that he may fall is the great depth at the position in this class.

I know many think we don't need another WR, but what exactly is wrong with more weapons for Trey? Especially with the two having great chemistry already. We still badly need a legit deep threat and I think we only built the offense this way because Jimmy couldn't take advantage of such a skillset, so we built around YAC monsters. If either Williams or Watson drop into the early 2nd, I hope we are aggressive and turn this offense into a juggernaut.
He would be great to have but even if he was available with our pick, he's not a need unless we fill the needs through free agency.

I understand where you're coming from, but the Niners have more pressing needs than a 4th WR for their first pick.

Kid putting on a monster show at the combine! Would really love to find a way to get this kid on the 49ers somehow!

The irony is drafting TL makes drafting this dude his teammate not even possible
With his measurables, this kid will be gone in the 1st.

Yup
I don't see him being there at 81 but to me it would make sense to get him cause having a WR Trey is familiar with and can form a fast chemistry with would do a ton for his confidence and development early in his career. But my gut keeps telling me unfortunately it ain't gonna happen.
