Imagine having drafted Slater this past draft and Linderbaum in the next one. "What OL issues?"

and still no QB....

Give me a killer OL, a powerful run game and whatever QB ends up available in the late 1st next draft.

Meh. Positional value aside, I think Linderbaum is a top 8 prospect in this class, but I'd rather have Lance, Asante Samuel Jr, Royce Newman, Jarrett Patterson (or any number of good centers in this year's class)

agreed, this is a QB driven league. Go get the guy you want as your FQB for the next decade then build from there.

Phoenix is going the Colts route and currently they're 0-3 because they don't have a QB.

We need this kid. Our run blocking would be #1 instantly.
Wonder if there is any way he drops to the 2nd

Not according to Jeremiah, Kiper, or McShay

Damn, he goes top 10 in one of those mocks

if you ignore positional importance hes a top 5 pick

hes going in top 20 for sure if not top 12-15

best center prospect maybe ever
We pick late in the 2nd

Shaguars, Lions, Texans, Jets, Giants, Panthers, Giants (again), Falcons.....if all these desperate (for playmakers) teams are dumb enough to let him slide, there's nearly zero chance a good team with competent GM/HC doesn't snag him.

No way he gets past the Bengals. I highly doubt he gets there. However, he didn't help himself with those alligator arms so maybe he does make it to Bengals as speculated here:
