You don't draft a QB for one year. You're drafting them for 10-15 years. If you think someone can be your franchise QB ultimately, you take them wherever you can get them. If they need to sit for a year, then so be it. In the grand scheme of things it is a minor issue.

Washington is only a game behind us and we still have to play them. It isn't out of the realm of possibility that they win a few more. They have a nasty defense and Alex isn't a total disaster.

Tomorrow is actually a huge day for draft purposes considering all 4 teams are battling for top 5 positioning

If you are going to try and trade up to 2 for Wilson see what the Jets would take for number 1. Lawrence could push for a trade, because the Jets could ruin him. I'd make any player available in a trade with the Jets.

What has Wilson done that Lance hasn't done? Wilson is feasting on garbage teams. Trask (autocorrects to Trash lol) has similar numbers against much better teams with future pros.

Way too early to be able to have any certainty on which QB goes second. We have seen time and again that what we see in November isn't always reflective of where they stand in March. A lot can change between now and then which is where we should have a better of an idea of how things may shake out.

This conversation is a moot point. Best to revisit after the regular season is over.

There are games where he barely gets to throw the ball, and it's really frustrating to try and evaluate him. But then you get games like vs South Dakota, and he grows on you sooo fast. This is straight out of Shanny's playbook with I formation, undercenter, the PA, and working with his back to the defense. He's already doing a ton of things he'd do here. Did I mention he has an absolute cannon and throws a beautiful ball?



This looks even more familiar. outside zone boot play-action and works his reads from front to back. He could've taken off and ran here, but instead, he stays onschedule and within the framework of the play. Shanny be like

I don't even know if DC will be drafting high enough they just went from top 5 to 19th with that win yesterday lol.

They also want Smith back in 2021.

Lance is gonna rocket up the boards as the draft process really gets going.

Honestly don't see that happening. We have so many free agents on the mend next season and the cap is questionable. Aka, we'll need those draft picks moving forward.
