13th pick

Ruggs has always been part of the conversation. Nothing he did at the Combine shocked people, everyone knew that he was going to run fast as hell, running the 40 was just a mere formality.

He's a guy with tremendous wheels, a good route runner with arguably better hands than Jeudy. He's absolutely legit as part of the discussion for one of the top three WR's in this draft class.

I think he's another Goodwin, John Ross that won't produce much in the NFL. Don't know how productive Tyreek Hill would be without Andy Reid's playbook and Mahomes arm talent.. Ruggs was only Alabama's 3rd best receiver and it wasn't even close behind Jeudy and Waddle.. Alabama's opposing teams worried about Jeudy and Waddle. Everytime I watch their games, Ruggs is single covered. I'm not saying Ruggs is trash but hell no with the 13th pick overall.

Anyways, I wish we can somehow get Jeudy. The way he sprints reminds me so much of Rice. To me, it's Jeudy, Lamb or bust...

We def need to find a replacement for Buckner. Jones, Taylor, Day, Street, Thomas rotation or counting on one of those guys to flat out replace him isn't smart & our DL would take a serious hit. So do we take an elite DT and keep this DL elite with cheaper talent over the next 5 years?

OR

Do we take an elite WR and look to fill Buckners spot with either the 31st pick or someone in rounds 2 or 3 if we trade back from 31?

That's my concern.

Honestly

The 13# 31# and future 1st rounder might get the 49ers close to were they need to be.

I am not saying they should, but I dearly want them too.

BYRON's overrated IMO...

Well he's not in Miami's opinion, they made him the highest paid in the NFL. With Howard and that cap space on the other side. I just don't think they take another CB that high when they have needs at other positions, in particular QB

I say go with your second option. It's so hard to fine an elite WR1 - I'd hate to pass on one at #13. I think we can get a DT at #31 or stay in house.

Packaging 13 and 31 will get us in the top 5. Will be interesting if Chase drops a few spots

Detroit could be open for a trade down and Patricia is from the Belichik mold where they have their type for the DEs.
They could trade down even with Chase Young on the board.
That would be mental but if they pull this, Bosa and Young on the same DLine, good luck with that.

If we got Young - I'd cream my pants.

Me too.^^
Thanks for us it probably won´t happen.
But honestly, I´m thinking that while taking a WR is the go to option probably for Kyle, we should maybe keep trying to build the trenches with these high picks.
The OT class is the best in years, Kinlaw could fall and Chaisson will be there I think.
Damn, Chaisson was really impressive late in the season with LSU.

Trade 13 and 31 to the redskins.

Yeah I don't think it cuts it, but they are the skins, though management did change.
To understand what might happen, gotta keep up with who teams sign, trade for and let go.

Schneider is gullible - he'd probably do it.

They shouldn't, but to make them move, the picks and DF would be needed to get Young. Not to mention the salary cap space they gain.
We need Derrick Brown maybe even Kinlaw.
