Ruggs ran 4.27...nobody really close. Still like Reagor, though. He's got a strong body and is a very good receiver and returner. If they cut McKinnon, I'd say odds will go way up toward taking this guy.

You mean Goodwin? Not sure what McKinnon has to do with Reagor.
