The medical grade will be huge, as will teams opinions on his durability due to his frame.

His speed jumps off the tape, just like Tyreek it looks like everyone else is running through quicksand.

His 40 will be insane if he's completely over his injury.

Yea i agree but I'm not sure he will be healthy. His speed reminds me more of Desean Jackson. Jackson just looks like he can outrun anyone and Brown has that speed for sure.

This is where I find the combine ridiculous, you're a good poster, you have acknowledged his crazy speed, yet you still want it confirmed on one day in shorts!

It's not a dig at you, the NFL does the same thing.

IMO if you've already seen something on tape, ignore the combine.

I'm just talking about where he will go. I agree with you I think he worth much more than a high 3rd round pick.

I know how you feel because I'm not too big on Josh Allen compared to others yet I know his combine will cement him as the second ER taken when I've seen better technique from others who I would take ahead of him.

Film matters over everything imo.

We're almost on the same page, I'm fine with Allen because I've already seen the athleticism and how he uses it to have success on tape.

If say Montez Sweat or Rashan Gary tested off the charts I wouldn't get excited because I don't see the film to match.

SOOOOOOO much this. Dude is more Goodwin than Goodwin is.

Yes but remember. It's not Allen vs Burns, Ferrell, and Polite. Its Allen versus those players and extra picks. That's mainly why I'm not on board.

Pretty much...
I only use the combine for true measureables because the college one is a little exaggerated. Its the Olympics for college stars.

For me it just shows how much a kid wants it, they have the answers to the test, how much have they prepared?

After that I don't take much notice, if I've got two players graded the same I'll bump the one who was better at the combine, but you can't jump up a tier.

Not a chance he drops to the 3rd after his 40 top 50 pick

For sure. Didn't DJax go near the top of the 2nd (but after Chilo, lol)? I could see Brown going in a similar spot, maybe to a team that passed on DJax because they favored size/power, but now they favor speed and agility.

Speed seems to be the thing now...if he runs a 4.3 I wouldn't be shocked if he was a top 2 WR

From what I've heard he hasn't been healthy at all. That's what I'm projecting from. If he runs 4.3 (which he will if healthy), no way he gets to the 3rd.

If he's there miraculously at 36 you turn the card in right away, Shanahan will do wonders with his speed

Where you hearing that?

I've see DJ say he's got a chance to be the 1st WR taken in the draft possibly top 10 (bills).
NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah believes there is a chance that Oklahoma WR Marquise Brown will be the first wide receiver drafted.

same with Matt Miller.

Bleacher Report's Matt Miller said Oklahoma WR Marquise Brown's 2018 tape was "good enough to potentially push him into the top 10 picks of the draft."

Dan Brugler has him as top 2 WR

The Athletic's Dane Brugler ranks Oklahoma WR Marquise Brown as the second best wideout in the 2019 NFL Draft class prior to the combine.

and McShay is all about him as well

ESPN's Todd McShay ranks Oklahoma WR Marquise Brown 11th in his updated top 32 prospects for the 2019 NFL Draft.

Literally, none of those quotes are about his health. He didn't look like himself in the bowl game from what I saw. If he is healthy I agree he probably is the second best WR in the draft.

IF health was an issue none of them would be talking about Brown like they currently are. That's my point.
