Went into the Bama LSU game liking Brumfield at guard. Left the game being amazed by Quinnen Williams. This might get me crucified here but....what if we pick 3rd or 4th (raiders, giants, arizona), Bosa is gone, and there are no trade back opportunities. Do we reach on a ER just to fill a need? I say we take best player available. I know I know, IDL in the first...AGAIN. But Armstead is walking, and Solly might net something in a trade. We can move Buck to big end, which will have him lined up like a 3-4 DE, and not at all a position he is inexperienced at. He can actually play the Bennet roll, and move inside in nickel, but Williams will be our three down 3T. Do we pass on potential Aaron Donald level production and game wrecking ability, just to reach on an ER? We can use our 2nd to get whoever is left out of Josh Allen, Montez Sweat, Brian Burns, Clellin Ferrell, and Jachai Polite, even if we need to trade up slightly. And then theres still later picks like Chase Winovich, and FA options. I have a feeling I know which posters will agree with me, and which will hate this idea, but what say you?!

I don't think people realize how serious this is.

Getting caught in a New York airport is very different then getting caught in California like Rueben Foster.

Plaxico Burress was in jail for the 2009 and 2010 seasons because he got caught in a New York nightclub. I don't know if Williams will get off any easier because apparently his gun wasn't loaded, but this could get very ugly. This isn't a case of "he's got money he'll be okay."

People want to quickly judge players but usually, Dlineman take time to develop. Bosa is an exception to the rule.

Bosa is an exception to the entire draft process. He was NFL ready as a true rookie at Ohio State. Dude had a grown man's body with elite NFL hand technique at 19 years old.

Easiest draft selection Shanny and Lynch will ever make.

In addition to his Glock 19 handgun, Quinnen Williams allegedly was carrying ammunition, per Port Authority Police spokesperson. While the ammo was not inside the gun, police said, it still could be deemed "loaded" under NY law because he had possession of gun + ammo. #Jets

Pretty dumb thing to do...and of all places, NY. After seeing Bosa's maturity and amazing play, I'm extra happy Lynch drafted him & not Williams.

No ammo, gun was unloaded, he voluntarily disclosed it at baggage check.

No jail time, big fine, 1 to 2 game suspension after appeal and lots of jokes about him "shooting for the top" of the league.
