Maybe they like josh Rosen and want his stock to drop

I wouldn't have thought the writer would lie. Any teams with a low first round pick, or maybe one without one and no wish to trade up, might do this just to help the writer out.

His arm strength is the best of the group as is his size, height, stature and frame. You can't teach some of things he has.
Just on physical talent Allen is the best QB in the draft. His pro day showed off his arm strength. Is he a finished product, no way. Ideally he'll need a QB savvy coach and a backup role for a year in order to learn the game.

We talking about best player in the draft man. Not whose getting selected where. His upside is there for sure. But he is not the 2nd best player in the draft and not even close. If you think so that's fine, entitled to your opinion and so am I and I wholeheartedly disagree
It is someone's draft board and it also says it's their TOP 15 players in the draft.
isn't that what I said, "their top 15" which means they think he's the 2nd best player in the draft?
if we both had teams.. our draft boards would be different do to what needs we have to fill.
You're right on that one, our boards would be VERY different. I would base my board on Best Player Available and never base it on needs.

Saw where someone put out a clubs so-called top 15. Please don't believe. Teams have not done final boards. What they have done is preliminary by position not best- to-worst. Scouts aren't about to give their clubs "real board" out. Many don't know it

Clubs will begin meeting after Easter to put together their final boards. That's when players are assigned final grades and ranking on draft board. Grades now are strictly preliminary

Barkley is easily the best player in the draft, but the value of the running back position is incredibly low because it's possible to get production from later round picks.
That's not how a board is supposed to work from my understanding however. You rank based on talent, so that when talent and rank don't match, you caneed determine whether to move up, down, or stay put. Of course the other teams drafting near you can affect strategy as well, but there is no way the QBs should be at the top of anyone's board.

Why reach for a statistical outlier? He has amazing arm strength but poor arm talent.

This. Teams don't really sit down to cram and finalize their boards until a couple of weeks before the draft.
