Chance? Absolutely.

Yes however the team wanting to trade with the Raiders has to know that another team could trade with us at 9 and jump the Raiders pick the get the qb.

We need to get that 9th pick. Raiders have similar needs as well and it will be really beneficial in day 2 and 3.
Supposedly buffalo wants to trade up

If the Bills are offering both firsts I'd do it. If smith is there I'd have to think real hard, but they better have a real hard on for the guy at 9-10.

I say do it because we could draft two starters that instantly make us better. Evans//Guice/rojo/price/guards etc.
This exactly, to have an opportunity to fill two spots with youth is too good to pass up. Even a trade back for a teams first this year and first next year is a great possibility.

They're looking to trade up to 2 or 3, though. We won't have any real trade down scenarios that are likely until the day of given we are so far back. We will have to see how the board plays out. I think at least 4 QBs are drafted in the top 10.

Believe me, some dumbass qb despaired team will sell it's soal to move up to#10

That's assuming 1 of those qb's is still on the board. With Clv, NYG, NYJ in the top 10 the qb's may fly off the board.

All depends on what happens with Cousins, Keenum, Bridgewater, and now McCarron

And Bradford.

No one is passing on a franchise qb for AJ McCarron. Cousins will cross off Den or the Jets but I don't see any scenario where Clv or NYG doesn't take a qb. Jets probably lose out on Cousins and takes a qb. The question is does someone trade up and where then.

Yeah it's very unlikely...also if they didn't give up both 1sts they have to give up one of their 1sts and both 2nds, if you're going by the draft value chart. Not sure which one they'd prefer too be honest.

Most likely trades for QBs happen before us but never know.

There's so many factors that need to be in play for trading. If no one else is willing to trade with them and they really want a QB who fell, I could see them trading both first for the Niners first round pick.
It makes more sense that Buffalo would pass by the two teams above the Niners because they'd have to give up less in the trade.

Yes it would make more sense but QB needy teams are willing to give up a lot to get their potential future franchise qb. What happens if the two teams ahead of the Niners aren't willing to trade but the Niners are?
