That's why as much as qb's going before our pick helps a blue chip player fall, it's almost in out best interest if one of the big 4 qb's falls to 9. We will have blue chip talent at 9 regardless (there's atleast 8 non-qb blue chip players) so having 1 qb on the board will ensure our pick has trade value and enable that option.

I REALLY hope that's not true.
Why create a hole at an important position that has a high end player for a 2nd round pick. I don't care if he's not a great scheme fit, he's worth much more than a 2nd rd pick in this crappy OT class. If we trade him and pick McGlinchey I'm gonna be so f**king pissed. Best case he's as good as Brown and he could very easily bust which means adding a hole and losing the 9th pick all at once.

I'm thinking the Niners have 3 players they grade highly and want badly in the late teens and are really hoping to move back and to get one of them and pick up some draft capital in the process.
