Considering how the league has gone after the niners and some other teams for assorted transgressions and the league's nauseaus desire to be pc, stripping a first round pick would not be a surprise. (This does not signal an agreement on my part with the rooney rule which I consider inherently racist and insulting)

Thank god, the more you read into the predraft reports on Foster the more you realize that he fell hard in the draft because of off field issues to go with his injury bug all things that have so far proven true. I like the kid and his game but he could potentially become a problem and at the very least he's already proven unreliable in the sense that we shouldn't be building a defense around him.
