Wrong guy to question. He has an unfathomable track record
To say that none of this year's class is close to the talent level of Corey's Davis is the most egregious portion of his statement. Regardless of his track record, that's just way out of line. This class much more depth and a variety of WR archetypes.

Haha yea, was being sarcastic. Dude is just full of himself. I also find this year's crop more enticing. I basically liked Davis, Kupp, Juju, and Reynolds last year and that's about it.

Oh lol. My bad homie.
I'm really salivating at all the WR talent this year. I'm hoping DJ Moore stays lowkey so we can grab him haha

The more I watch the top WRs the more I love Kirk. He's always open and while his timed speed doesn't blow you away, he has another gear few guys have. His quickness is elite. Kyle prioritizes separation and that's where Kirk excels. He might not ever be a great pure deep threat, but he's dangerous underneath and is always a threat to score.
One hung our offense lacks is a guy that scares people will the ball in their hands. Garçon and Goodwin don't make guys miss, neither do our TEs. McKinnon has that ability and Kirk would be another.
I think that Kirk (and DJ Moore) could be an excellent player and eventual replacement for Garçon. He would get plenty of snaps as rookie and Kirk would instantly add some excitement to the return game. The game doesn't seem too big for him.
If we traded back from #9 into the teens (Miami) and picked up another 2nd (would probably have to send away a 3rd or 4th), he would be in range. I have a feeling someone might fall in love with him in the 1st. He's a perfect fit for NE if they decide to go WR early.
Guys I see as the best fit in top 50, in order, Moore, Kirk, Ridley, then Washington.

Being reported that he was arrested for vandalism two months before the draft. Evidently he and some pals were throwing rocks at vehicles outside the Waste Management Open in Scottsdale.

I guess they were drunk, still kind of dumb decision to do when you're about to get drafted. How did this not get into the news quicker than this?

Rock throwing aside, I really wanted the Niners to draft him and have a feeling they will regret passing on Kirk.
