Cabot, via multiple league sources, reports the Browns will take Myles Garrett with the No. 1 overall pick and then focus their attention on coming up from No. 12 to land Trubisky. It'll be easier said than done, but Cleveland has plenty of draft ammo to pull it off if they want. Cabot reports talks will get going if Trubisky falls into the pick Nos. 5-6 range of the first round. The 49ers, Bears, and even the Jaguars are options to take Trubisky at Nos. 2-4 when Cleveland passes at No. 1.
I would think they at least have to trade up past the Bills to get Trubisky. Maybe even past the Jets.

Which then puts the "bar" for Biscuit at 6. so, other teams should be taking note. Hint: Trade up to 2 (anyone) and you can have your Biscuit!

Titans makes sense but then a team like the jets or bills might have to move up if that's their guy...teams need qbs. Shoot I wouldn't be surprised if we draft Mitch at two.

They could very well be moving up to two...make the owner happy, fans happy, plus get the best player in the draft.
Just do it Cleveland!

Sounds like we may be trading back. Just saw on NFL Network that up to 3 teams have contacted us about a trade out. Not bad.
As long as we net a 2nd this year and a 1st next year, I'm all for it!

Huh? DL is worlds more important than a SS it's not even close. A DB has never been drafted at two a s**t ton of DL have
I don't disagree on the history, however, as this becomes even more passing oriented, DBs take on greater value. Rule changes change positional value.
nope DL still is just as important with getting pressure on the QB...quickest to the QB is a straight line up the middle. DL makes the secondary better IMO
Also is Adams a single-high FS? I don't see that...maybe I'm wrong but I see him as a in the box SS which isn't as important.
I don't disagree on the value of a pass rush. I am only saying that if that guy is not there and a safety is there, then I prefer Hooker, a FS over Adams a SS. Serves a greater overall team need.

Yeah, I'd love to get that #12 pick and maybe target one of the receivers.

Harris, Lamp or Howard for me. Reddick will be gone fairly early I think.
I honestly don't care who they pick in the first round. It's hard to screw this up with this much talent (except for a just couple of guys - no to McDowell, no to Watson). I'm far more excited to see what they do with the extra 2nds and/or 3rds
So many people down on Watson when all he did is win against some of the toughest competition on the biggest stage after being down late in games. For what the kid may lack in accuracy and arm strength he makes up for in intangibles.

Music to my ears if we have no shot at Garrett.
sure hope so!
