I'd put Harris at LEO, no question.

Yup, Tyus had a really good combine.
6'3" 244 lbs w/ 33" arms
4.65 40
21 reps on bench
37.5 vert
127inch broad jump
As advertised: Long, strong and athletic. Guy is built for the SAM position.

Tyus Bowser. He was made to play SAM in this scheme. Long, explosive athlete that has excellent coverage skills, can set a hard edge, and is a real pass-rushing threat. I've been watching his tape, and he's very impressive in space. He covered everything from running backs to even the slot at times. Houston utilized him exactly how we would in this defense.
I think he's so athletic that he might be able to play WILL, too.

Bowser was used as a drop linebacker at Houston, so his pass rushing exposures are fewer and far between compared to other edge players in this class. However, his true versatility will intrigue a number of teams. He projects somewhere in any scheme, and this level of athleticism will feed into an "upside" label. At worst his evaluation has a second round feel to it.
