Missing on this guy is gonna sting. Could've been the future RB.

Great change of direction, burst, ability to be tough inside but also run around the corner. Can get skinny through holes in the line. Excellent hands making tough catches look routine. Elusive in the open field. Did not see one drop. Solid in pass protection. Not afraid to stand up a rushing blitzer. Never fumbles- I think once every 400 carries. Most impressive quality- he breaks tackles on nearky every run. Nobody breaks more tackles.

Not sure if I laughed more or shook my head in disbelief. Top 5 enjoyable player to watch this year on film. He is going to be way underdrafted this year for sure

He's pretty good. I posted the above quote on March 13. Got to hand it to the Chief scouts. They obviously did not discount his success because of playing in the MAC.

The MAC is a severely overlooked conference for NFL talent, with some great talent every year.

Joe Williams, get the f**k out of here.
Kareem Hunt rushed 17 times for 148 yards and a touchdown in the Chiefs' Week 1 win over the Patriots, adding five receptions for 98 yards and two additional touchdowns.
Welcome to the NFL. Hunt lost a fumble on his first carry — something he literally never did at Toledo — but bounced back to absolutely shred the defending-champion Patriots. Hunt did it all tonight, getting upfield in a hurry and extending runs with power and broken tackles once he met the pile. He was also feathery smooth in the passing game, securing all five of his targets. His touchdowns went for three, 78 and four yards. He's the Chiefs' new three-down back, and will be an RB1 for Week 2 against the Eagles.

I honestly give huge kudos to Reid. Schemed up Hunt and the OL/Offense nicely.

Not worried about Hunt, lets see what Hyde and Breida do with their opportunities.

Scheme alone doesn't let a guy rip off yards the way Hunt did tonight. Dude was beastin. Meanwhile Williams was so far behind the curve that the 49ers had to stash him for a whole season.

I seen some nice holes and pass designs..but I'm sorry, literally f**king fantastic game by Hunt(Didnt watch the whole deal, bits and pieces but entire 4th).

Definitely understand where youre coming from with Williams..but he truly does spike me as a guy thats literally not too smart and needs time to learn the system and become "LEGIT" NFL ready.

The way i see things, just act like Breida was our pick, maybe he can look the part of say how Hunt wouldve been utilized if he was here.

Dont be sad my friend. Honestly this is the first year in a while i got into the draft pretty deep.. I can see how some feel about Baalke or seeing players succeed on other teams. Dont jump off the band wagon bro-bro.

Ive been low key rooting for Alex and the Chiefs.. This just might be pretty f**king cool to see

Have been a fan since I saw him in the Senior Bowl. Looks like he could be this year's Jordan Howard.

They probably should have drafted Hunt...... But we didn't pass on Hunt to take Williams. Hunt did go #86 overall (160 points), we would have had draft Hunt instead of Witherspoon or trade up with at least our 4th (76 points) and 5th (33 pts) and 6th (13 pts) according to draft value chart, giving up Beathard, Joe Williams and more, (maybe Kittle or Jones)

Rascal's annual one-i-tis strikes again.

Where rascal at?
I will say that OL was lights out as well, especially in pass pro...smith had all day to throw the ball.

We didn't pass on Hunt for Williams though. Williams was taken in the 4th, Hunt the 3rd. We passed on him for Witherspoon and with the way Robinson was getting toasted in preseason we may need him soon.
