Just a 6'1 WR that runs a sub 4.5. Happens to be the career all-time receptions leader in FBS. Great possession WR with ridiculous hands and athleticism. Check out the catch at the 1:36 mark, as well as the play directly after that one.

Justin Hardy has done quite well in his limited PT. He is behind a bunch of good WRs in ATL.

Zay's numbers are an accurate reflection of his production. As the primary focus of ECU's offense, Zay still had ridiculous production. Yes, he was schemed opportunities, but he also made the most of those opportunities

Mike Mayock has Zay as the 5th best WR in the draft, which equates to an early-mid 2nd round grade.

Realistically the best WR we will be in draft position to take with the 3rd rounder. I think our first and second go defense or a QB unless someone like Corey Davis slides out of the 1st round.

Finished looking at him. I gave him a high 4th round grade. I think he has excellent hands (obviously) with a great catch radius. He has some quick twitch athleticism too him. But his potential is limited as he doesn't have much speed in his game, route running could improve, and he struggles to create separation.

He reminds me of Marvin Jones (http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/marvin-jones?id=2532884)

I think Marvin Jones is an excellent comparison for Zay. Marvin a little quicker, and Zay a little more physical.

Despite grade, I don't think he makes it out of round 3. WR is very thin this year, and Jones probably has best hands in draft. Late-2nd to early-3rd seems right to me.

this kid will be shooting up the draft charts. I still think that he might sneak in to the first round. Definitely wont make it out of round 2. Jones, If he runs anything under a 4.55 and a broad jump of over 10'3, that would be enough to move him in to the 1st.

So pretty much I'm sold on this kid. Looks really good in the drills and surprised many with his 40. 1st rounder for sure.

I don't know about 3rd best WR, but he is a solid 2nd round choice.

East Carolina WR Zay Jones tested as a 94.1-percentile SPARQ athlete at the NFL Combine.

He finished with the No. 2 SPARQ score among receivers. Jones surprisingly beat Taywan Taylor and Carlos Henderson in the 40-yard dash by clocking in at 4.46 seconds. In addition, Jones an 11-foot-plus broad jump that was near the top of the field and showed extremely well in position drills. He may have locked in a slot in the top half of Round 2.

I like Jones, I like Kupp too... Steve Smith said Kupp was the best WR in the draft, that's quite a statement.
