2- You are leaving value on the table in your trade down. While you likely won't get the same deal as Cleveland did given Tennessee is not moving up for a QB (they got 2 1sts, a 2nd, a 3rd and a 4th and gave up a future 4th), your trade adds up to less than chart value.

3-Why are you drafting a punter ? Pinion is in year 2, has improved from his rookie year and has not been bad by any stretch.
Tennessee could be going up for a war or pass rusher
Why draft a punter? Competition and Johnston has a huge leg. Draft Johnston and maybe trade pinion for a 6th. Adds 2 more years on the punters contract.
