Nah not yet, you fill the house with strong characters who are good role models, have them create and buy into a family culture. When that's formed you can take some guys with issues as the big brothers can straighten them out.

I think we're gonna have a very good locker room. If Lynch likes Williams, he should take a personal challenge and work with him hands on. Make Williams check in with Lynch every day. Lynch can talk to Bow and have him take the big bro approach(Bow came outmwith off the field issues as well). It can work IF you're not smelling complete BS and he's dedicated.

Completely off my board. Why even mess with a guy with a history of drug issues and gun issues? Too much talent out there to take a risk in the first two days of the draft.

For me the locker room isn't strong enough yet, it's pretty much only Bow & Staley. Plus like it or not, both of their voices will diminish if their play drops off, be it due to injury or age, and I just see little behind them.

I do think it will grow, and Garçon should help, but I think we should get our house in order first

That is probably where I start to take a look. I just think someone is going to gamble in the first two or three rounds. Great talent, but great trouble. I have been burned too many times with Day One and Day Two picks.

Could he be a leo?? or is he strictly a LB? I wouldn't touch in the in first 3 round though because of his character issues and even in the 4th I would be hesitant. It is a deep draft with players that are good without the red flags. He is top 15 talent with no red flags, but character issues drop you off by rounds and you lose millions.

He'd definitely be a leo. He's pretty damn close to the archetype for the position based on his tape. Williams is twitchy as hell. Explosive out his stance and closes distance in a hurry. Put him in a 4-point stance in a wide alignment and let him sprint to the quarterback.

His combination of snap anticipation and first-step is deadly.

That definitely looks like a LEO.

I'll take a moron that talented in the 4th round. Maybe even 3rd. You gotta swing for the fences in the later rounds because chances are they're not gonna be all that good anyway. I'll take 1 great player & 5 busts in the 3rd round over 6 players who are your typical, 3rd-round picks. You can get players of that caliber off the scrap heap in FA.

In our position doe, unless we trade back in the second... I think it's top of the second or bust because like MadDog says, someone probably rolls the dice on him before we are on the clock with our third rounder.
