I don't think he's worth anything more.

I see Seattle drafting this kid, similar to Wilson just not as polished.

He's pretty d**n polished. He's answered almost all the questions I had about him from a couple of years ago.

What were those questions you had of him?

Here's what I saw from his 2015 play:

Had too much Kaepernick in him. Didn't know how to throw the ball away to avoid a sack. If he plays his little-dog-syndrome style in the NFL, he's going to have a very short career.

Accuracy on the deep ball needed improvement.

Happy, Jeff-Garcia feet. Needed to chill the f**k out.

Telegraphed his passes. Turned his body instead of his head or eyes.

...Overall, I think he's improved dramatically on most of these categories, which speaks to his work ethic and mental stamina; those are probably the 2 most important aspects of playing QB along w/ fast eye-brain coordination.

He still does all those things and then some. One things for sure, he's definitely not a Shanahan QB, relies on quick first reads and dances too much in the pocket. No thanks....pass!!!!

You're probably right. But there's a lot to like about the guy. Especially if Rosen isn't an option, and we're looking at 5 years of mediocrity as an alternative (Kirk Cousins).

Don't you crap on my Rosen hope. Let's just hope if the Jets lose more than us that they will fall for the ESPN hype of Lamar.
Man a lot of love for Mayfield. Solid college QB, but I don't see his game translating to the next level.
He's exactly like Manziel. What makes Baker good is he can run around and chuck it to someone who gets open. That works in college but not at the next level.
Not sure about his arm strength too.

Also has he really cleaned up his off-field issues? I'm sure he's still drinking a lot especially being his last year at OU.

Watch the Clemson game last year. No thank you.

Solid college QB, but not worth it to spend a 1st thru 5th round pick on. I just don't see his game transitioning to the NFL, at best I think he's Colt McCoy.
