Who do you take if available?

Kizer remains the best fit for Kelly's offense IMO in this draft class.

Gotta be Kizer if hes available to us.

And we should draft two Qb's

That
We have to get a QB.

We have been failing here way too long.

The future is now.
Another possiblity if we miss on those three guys.

San Francisco 49ers: Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama

While it is highly likely the 49ers take a quarterback in Round 1 Foster is a great consolation prize if the value does not add up. He's a three-down linebacker who would help a team currently starting Nick Bellore due to the injury of NaVorro Bowman. Chip Kelly needs to find a future signal-caller, but if the 49ers win a few more games he might have to wait a little longer while continuing to rebuild their front seven.

Possibility Mike Williams or even Fournette too since Kelly has a run-first offense

Garrett or Watson. The only reason I don't like the Garrett pick is because we're admitting that we messed up and wasted our last 2 1st round picks. Garrett can play both the 3-4 DE and OLB spots but I'd rather him 3-4 DE. He would be a Justin Smith like cornerstone there.

That does not sound right

Garrett would play exclusively Olb in a 3-4 scheme. He is to light to play at DE and is a completely different player then Justin smith. He is much closer to Von Miller or a sobor Aldon. Only time Garrett would line up at de in our defense would be during nickle or dime packages.

Garrett will either be a 4-3 DE or a 3-4 OLB. Putting him at 3-4 DE would be a complete misuse of his talents.

He's got the skills to plug 2 playside gaps and bring backside pressure vs. the run. I would line him up at the 4 to beat up the tackle and on the edge in passing downs. He can do way more than sack the QB from the edge. Put him at the 4 and his impact is hard to avoid.

That would be like moving Aaron Lynch to ILB. You could do it, but it would make no sense and make him a worse player. You'd take away what Garrett does best which is beat people off the edge with speed and explosiveness.

He's an ideal 4-3 DE or 3-4 OLB. He's very light for a 3-4 DE - Garrett is lighter than Clowney but may have better lateral quickness which would make him a good fit at OLB in our scheme. There is zero chance any team drafts Garrett and turns him into a 3-4 DE.

You're way overthinking it. Nobody is drafting Garrett to make him a 4 or 5-technique. He's going to be drafted to play on the edge and go after the quarterback using his insane athleticism and explosiveness.

Garrett, then Luke Falk, who should be available later. I don't think either of the QBs on this poll are worthy of a top 3 pick

He's got the same measurables and explosiveness as Justin Smith when he was drafted. Didn't excel as a 4-3 DE in Cinn. 9ers made him a 3-4 DE and the accolades came.

It's the same player all over again. He's stronger than Clowney and gets better leverage than him.

Eye in the sky doesn't lie. You guys think he's a Von Miller type when he isn't. Von Miller was purely a speed rusher with strength and agility coming out of A&M. Garrett eats up linemen to free his backers and can destroy one on one matchups with Guards and tackles.

Yeah if we drafted Garrett and make him a 3-4 DE after drafting Buckner and Armstead words can't explain how mad I would be.
