Christian McCaffrey--Stanford

No power at the NCAA level and seems to go down almost always with first contact
He's racking up yards because hes getting 90% of the touches so his stats are inflated
They're just running with 8 linemen and a fullback basically
Probably not going to have too much tread on the tires by the time this season is done
Is a 2nd - 3d round pick imo after watching him tonight, and he reminds me of Dexter McCluster

I'd like him as a change of pace back with Hyde, but I think he's getting a little too much love here on the forums since he's a local guy from Stanford

He would do more than backup, He might play slot or dual HBs in the shotgun playing read option. If I remember Trent Baalke said he wants a triple headed rushing at attack

Not much talk about this guy since Stanford collected a few losses that took them out of championship contention. But this kid is so much fun to watch.

At it again today. Another game. Another 100+ yards rushing before halftime.

We're so we think he gets drafted. 3 round. 2 nd round. I would love to trade back. Get foster. Then use extra picks to trade for jimmy g or draft qb. Then maybe this guy.
2nd round to the Patriots

I'll bump this post in the spring, so I can gloat
He's a better version of Whitehead

Kinda. White head is 3 inches shorter and much stockier.

He's actually the same size as Jamaal Charles and Reggie Bush.
Be real.
Christian McCaffrey wouldn't make a difference on this team.
And I like his game.
Pass.
He would instantly start at returner, in the slot with Hyde at RB and back up RB..

He's a perfect match for a Chip Kelly system. Should go in the mid-to-late 1st. He does everything, including running between the tackles.

Hes already a NE Patriot

lez be real
I would pick this kid up in a heart beat. You can move him to the slot and he will kill it! Great speed, great hands, dad can teach him to run routes in needed.

I wouldn't pick him with a high first, but if hes there in the second or third we can fix our WR situation while also picking up a #2 RB. He would be our new Swiss Army knife.
