Wentz or Goff?

Exactly! You have to throw Chip a bone here. It left to Baalke, no doubt he drafts defensive player after defensive player. But we need to look at the offensive side of the ball this year and grab Wentz or Goff. Give Chip the first pick and let Baalke take over after round one.

Opposite we need to revamp the defense Kap is staying

Wentz.

Since Wentz will be gone, Goff would be a nice consolation prize.

I just really hope one of Wentz, Goff, Jack, or Buckner makes it to 7. Will be disappointed if we're stuck choosing between Ronnie Stanley and Joey Bosa.

Wish list
1. Wentz
2. Ramsey
3. Jack
4. Goff
5. Tunsil (not really a need)
6. Buckner
7. Bosa/Stanley (pretty indifferent, would rather trade the pick)
Goff's footwork is perfection. Yet, I wouldn't mind if Carson is the pick. Good problem to have.
I prefer Wentz, but will be happy if Goff is our QB. I just think Wentz athleticism would allow Kelly to really make his offense hum.

Kaepernick is Outie 5000 homey.

Its not a matter of "if" but "when."
I'd prefer Wentz but I'd rather not take either at #7...

Have you even SEEN Jared Wentz play?!?

Wentz Goff is better than both of them!

This exactly what I expect to happen. I expect all the webzone favorites to be gone by the time we pick. Like yourself, I would rather trade back than take either of those guys.

If Goff or Wentz is there at pick 7 I will be jumping up and down if the niners draft a qb. They at least give us hope. The probability of both qb's being on the board at 7 are slim to none. If they both are on the clock, then Chip Kelly and Baalke can arm wrestle or flip a coin, either way we win.

Oh I'm pretty sure. The public throwing a fit and asking for a trade which was completely flubbed by his agents ensured that he's a short-timer. That and the divisions he's caused in the locker room and that not a single guy who has left the team has had anything good to say about him, to the contrary guys have ripped on him the first chance they get, all points to him being done as soon as the 49ers get what they consider a fair offer.
This is one of those Goff is the safer pick on paper, Wentz has a lot more potential type QB deals. With that said, history has shown that most times the safer pick is the better choice. Also, if the niners do pick a QB, hope that the Browns pick Wentz, since they are cursed when it comes to QBs.

I'll be happy with a Buckner or Jack pick also, even if Goff is there.

When it comes to the QB, if Kelly wants him, he will let Baalke know he is the one. Baalke has a history of getting what the coach wants or needs. He got Kaep for JH. Singletary wanted OL, he got him that. He should have kissed off on taylor Mays though. He even let the wr coach have his bone when we picked the wr from usc in the forth (?) one year.

So don't get mad if the pick is not Goff. Means Kelly thinks he can make due with others. Which he did in Philly. I remember people on the zone raving and wanted Foles, who is no where to be seen since leaving Philly.
Didn't we once pass on a Cal QB? I hope history doesn't repeat itself.
BTW, how many people will commit suicide if the niners don't take a QB with the pick and either one of them or both is there?

For the zones sake, hope both are gone by the 7th pick, so that Baalke has an excuse not picking them. Then again, the zone Goff/Wentz die hards will cry and do a OBJ and say why didn't we move up-sigh.
