You have no way of knowing what the 49ers draft board looks like or who they are valuing.
Your philosophy can change when in need of a franchise QB. Just because there are higher rated players on your board does not mean you take them if a QB who you believe is a franchise guy is sitting there and is worth the value at that point.

PFF has a 3-round mock draft. Their latest version has Niners taking Wentz in 1st (Browns select Goff), Jason Spriggs OT 2nd and Bronson Kaufusi DE 3rd. This wouldn't suck. PFF's mock is based on a team's scheme and system fit, not a certain player position or need.
