Why would we draft Bosa?
Why would the Dolphins draft Goff?
Why would the Chargers draft Wentz?
Why would the Bucs trade up for Stanley?
same reason why we drafted Armstead
same reason why miami drafted taneyhill
same reason why san diego drafted Rivers
same reason why Tenn drafted Tunsil
You do realize it has not even been a full calendar year since Miami gave Tannehill a 6 year 96 million dollar deal? Tannehill gets at least a year under Gase, but they could draft a QB in the mid rounds.
Please take no offense, but your reasoning is just plain dull.. I understand that Tannehill will get another year with Gase, but by now, everyone should know if he's got a bright future.
Do you think that he's got a bright future?? if so, then I can see your reason of drafting a QB in the mid round..
but if you feel strongly about Tannehill will never get this team anywhere, why not draft GOFF in the 1st???? hell, i'm the new coach, and i rather get fired with the player(s) I wanted on the roster instead of a player like Tannehill whom I am not a believer.
No offense, but you're a moron so I wouldn't be calling anyone's reasoning dull if I were you.
Tannehill put up over 4000 passing yards the past 2 years and passer ratings of 92.8 and 88.7. Miami's running game regressed this year and their defense wasn't great. They also traded their best receiver (Mike Wallace) to the Vikings before the season started which didn't help. You can't pin their lack of success on Tannehill who is still a franchise QB and they won't draft another QB in the first round. In this scenario, they would likely trade back with the Rams or another team that needs a QB.
Your mock makes no sense in the first place given you have Noah Spence going in front of Joey Bosa and Jared Goff.

Tannehill has to get better, his stats don't accurately reflect the game film. But they won't commit to a QB that high just yet, they will look to get better everywhere else and field a more competitve team.
He does not need to be Brady or Rodgers either. You can win with a decent QB who makes smart decisions like Alex in KC.
The ownership is not going to want to see the team take a QB after they opened their wallets for Ryan. Call it dull but they will hope Gase can "fix him" before throwing in the towel.

The wild card is the Cowboys. Man I really hope we end up with Goff. Just want a legit real QB who can drop back, read a f**king defense, and make a decent decision....quickly. That's all. Wentz or Goff fit the bill. Lynch...meh.

Although it's possible, I don't think the cowpies would take a QB with #4. They are still trying to win with Romo and want immediate help.I think one of Goff/Wentz will fall to #7 provided no team leapfrogs in front of the 49ers.

I agree with this. I think Dallas is angling for a trade down but if they get a crack at Bosa or Ramsey, I think they will draft one of them.
A guy that I think they really like is Dak Prescott. He has met twice with Wade Wilson their QB coach, he also met with Jason Garrett and Jerry Jones. I could see them going with him in the 3rd round along with a veteran FA QB.

I wouldn't be calling people moron after seeing that 10list 9, I don't think you even understand what a 3-4 defense requires.

That doesn't look like the stats of a qb I would want to get rid of.

Tennessee - Tunsil
Browns - Wentz
Chargers - Buckner
Cowboys - Bosa
Jaguars - Jack
Ravens - Ramsey
49ers - Goff
However, I think the Rams may trade up to get Goff or Wentz if available

1. TEN - Laremy Tunsil
2. CLE - Carson Wentz
3. SD - Jalen Ramsey
4. DAL - Joey Bosa
5. JAX - Myles Jack
6. LA (LA has two 2nd rounders and are willing to part with one and a 3rd to get their guy; BAL trades back and still gets Ogbah or takes Conklin) - Jared Goff
7. SF - Deforest Buckner
8. MIA - Vernon Hargreaves
9. TB - Noah Spence
10. NYG - Ezekial Elliott
I keep thinking that Goff goes either to Cowboys at #4 or he goes to Rams who trade up with either Chargers, Cowboys or Ravens.
Rams will want to create excitement for their 1st year back in LA, not going to happen with their current QBs.
With both Wentz & Goff going in top 6, increases chances of Buckner being there at #7 (Jack even more likely).

1. TEN - Tunsil
2. CLE - Wentz
3. SD - Ramsey
4. DAL - Buckner
5. JAC - Bosa
6. LA (via Trade with BAL) - Goff
7. SF - Jack
8. MIA - Hargreaves
9. TB - Stanley
10. NYG - Ogbah
Not my ideal scenario because I want Goff or Buckner, but this is how I think it'll go down.

There is no quick fix in this draft nor free agency. The smart thing to do is to trade down, get bodies in the draft, sign young free agents who fit what Chip wants to do and, bring in as many undrafted free agents as possible. The defense needs special attention in an edge rusher and yes, a free safety (I like Reid; just think he's soft) and a run stopping DT all while shoring up the middle of the defense. Easier said than done but, building a team is hard work 😎

No way in hell are we taking a QB at 7! It will be a Defensive player! Oregan DL, Jack MLB,Lee MLB or a pass rusher.
