The Draft Lottery Thread

Were still picking 7th overall so we only dropped 2 spots. But if we had lost we would be picking 4th overall right now, so essentially we lost out on 3 spots. The win was definitely worth it.

Were going to beat the browns too. dang.

I did this in my head, so there is plenty of room for error, but I had us at 10 after today.

EDIT: We lost to the Rams so that would make it 9.

Definitely, always want the win. I only see the better draft pick as the silver lining instead of viewing the loss as a complete loss

I don't believe that is correct unless my numbers are off I have them picking 10th due to a better SoS over Detroit, New Orleans, St Louis, Baltimore and Jacksonville.

1. Cleveland Browns

2. Tennessee Titans

3. San Diego Chargers

4. Dallas Cowboys(pending the result of tomorrow night's game)

5. Jacksonville Jaguars

6. Baltimore Ravens

7. St Louis Rams

8. New Orleans Saints

9. Detroit Lions

10. San Francisco 49ers

If they win next week they could conceivably be up around 14 or 15.

I stand corrected, I thought they had a higher SoS than the Rams and Lions too.

Root for a Dallas win Monday night, it'll move us up a spot to 7th.
Problem is we likely to win in Cleveland, putting us at ~#12. Then they must tank hard to lose the last 3 games

Just feels natural to root against them

We know we're likely to win 5 or 6 games. Only 1 of our remaining opponents will finish above .500. So our strength of schedule number should be closer to .500 by the time the season is up.
fkn Robbie Gould
So with the Dallas game where are we picking now?

I can't decide if the switch the Manziel is supposed to give Cleveland the best chance to win or lose. It seems very, curious for them to make this move.
That feel when I'm in Chicago for work today and wearing my niners hat and people are telling me "good win"...and I wanted us to lose :(

It won't matter...that defense is awful and that was supposed to be their strength.
